A General's job is to see that s/he is on the same page as the other Kin General's. Their job is to relay tactics and any information to those apart of the revolt. Not only are they head of there side of the revolt, the General is also in charge of that Kin Group. For example, the Vampire General would be in charge of discussing plots with the other two Kinship Generals. S/he would also be in charge in looking over new vampire registrations, supplying any vampire news or information to vampire members, welcoming new vampires, and making sure to check that each vampire member has posted his or her monthly feeding and distributing warnings to members who do miss feedings.
Like wise, the Therian General is in charge of the Therians and keeping track of member monthly transformations and distributing warnings. The same goes for the Elementals and you get the picture.
